Home made duck foie gras terrine flavoured with Cognac and Espelette pepper
Our Chef recommends :a glass of sweet white wine Coteaux du Layon or Gewurztraminer (12cl) 6euros

or Triad of duck foie  gras hot and cold, with sour balsamic vinegar caramel (supplement of 3 euros)
(Poached slice of foie gras, pan-seared foie gras brochette and foie gras terrine)

or Brochette of flambéed prawns served with crunchy salads and herb coulis

or Tuna tartare marinated in candied tomatoes sprinkled with grilled parmesan petals

or 5 Flavours Gourmet Platter (supplement of  3 euros)
(Homemade duck Foie gras terrine, Poached slice of foie gras, Brochette of flambéed prawns, Aumônière of Sainte-Maure Goat cheese and oyster mushrooms, salmon rillettes served with Indian vegetable tartare)


Roasted thick-cut pike perch steak, sauce with herbs and mussels

or Monkfish on a brochette with tomatoes and olives baked in the oven




Calf sweetbread in brick pastry, served with spinach and prawns in bisque flavoured with truffle oil
(if served as the fish course in the menu at 44euros, a 3 euros supplement will apply)

or Beef fillet served with creamy blue cheese sauce

or Thyme roasted saddle of lamb

Selection of French cheeses or Farmhouse fromage blanc
(in the garden, the trolley is replaced by a cheese platter)


Tarte Tatin (upside-down fruit tart) served with quenelle-shaped vanilla ice cream

or Crème brulée with Tagada strawberry flavoured candies

Meat and fish dishes are served with an assortment of hot vegetables (according to the season) We can match our dishes with your nutritional requirements and dietary intolerances. Please inform us if you are allergic to lactose, peanut/groudnut, sesame, poppy seed ….
