or Prawns marinated in curry, with potted crab Rillettes on a warm waffle and whipped cream enhanced with basil
or Scallop cassolette in saffron sauce, with julienne of crunchy vegetables and a parmesan waffle
or Large 5 flavour platter (3euro additional charge) (Homemade duck foie gras terrine, Snail duo in frothy goat’s cheese and garlic butter, Scallop cassolette in saffron sauce, Prawns marinated in curry, with potted crab Rillettes on a warm waffle, Foie gras sorbet)

Roast monkfish fillet in Szechuan pepper with peeled crayfish bisque
or Pikeperch steak cooked on one side only with Vigneronne sauce and a dash of virgin olive oil
or Basket of Pan-seared calf’s sweetbread and roasted langoustine with lobster bisque flavored with truffle essence (if the basket is served as fish course as part of the 42euros menu, there will be an additional charge of 3euros)
